Weekend wrap-up

-Girls Soccer beat Perrysburg 2-1 Saturday, advancing to State Semi-Finals which will took place on Tuesday, November 10th in Brecksville @7 P.M. vs. Walsh.

-Boys Cross Country placed 5th at the Boys Division 1 State Cross Country Meet. Girls finished 10th.

Week in review


-Girls Soccer ended their winning streak with a loss to Walsh, 2-1. This was the girls first loss of the season. Their final record for the 2015 fall season was 18 wins, 3 ties and 1 loss.

Wednesday- Veterans Day

-An assembly was held in the Performing Arts Center during 3rd period. Two veterans

spoke along with performances by Medina’s Show Chorus. Mr. Cockstein spoke about

his time in the service and read a poem titled I am an American Flag. Mr. Shane Jenkins took to the podium and spoke about what it meant to him to be in the service.  He discussed his three years in Guantanamo for the Army.


-Team pictures were taken for basketball, swimming, cheerleading and golf after school.

-Letter of Intent: National Signing Day

-Medina hosts Division VII second round football playoffs
