Art Club Adventures

On Saturday, April 16th, the Medina High School Art Club visited the Cleveland Museum of Art. Nine MHS students met there, along with Art Director, Mrs. Bobbie Foy.

The group took an hour long guided tour of the museum from Foy, which Art Club President, Holly Schneider, called the “Foy Tour”. While on the tour they explored all the beautiful exhibits and Foy tended to pick out the most interesting piece from each.

After the tour was over, the students were permitted to visit any galleries of their choice and preference. President of Art Club, Holly Schneider, not only walked through the exhibits, but she and her friends ventured outside to enjoy the lovely spring day in the museum’s lawn and gardens.

Schneider stated, “I love being the president and it was absolutely fabulous.” The Art Club takes trips like these a few times throughout the year, always enjoying themselves and experiencing new things.

If there are any inquiries about joining Art Club, see Mrs. Foy in room 205.
