Hello! My name is Emma Davis, and I am a senior here at MHS. I am currently Co-Consul for the second year in a row for Latin Club, and am on an executive board for the Junior Classical League with people from all around Ohio. Additional leadership roles I hold are: Vice President for the GSA, SHUDDLE leader, Link Crew leader, and NHS member. I was one of the founders of our school's unity committee, which arranged our letter writing campaign and subsequent walkout in response to the Parkland tragedy. This is my first year on The Medinamite! My passions include intersectional feminism, the environment, animal rights, and LGBTQ rights. Additionally, I am fond of Broadway, and plan on pursuing a career in acting. I joined the newspaper because I believe the press is absolutely vital to maintaining a free public, and I am proud to be a small part in that!
